Itinerary
Day 1 – Arrival in Almaty
• Fly from India to Almaty, Kazakhstan. • Complete immigration formalities and transfer to hotel. • Check-in and overnight stay in Almaty.
Day 2 – Almaty City Tour | Panfilov & Arbat Walking Tour | Evening at Kok Tobe
• City tour: Panfilov’s 28 Guardsmen Garden, Zenkov Cathedral, Panfilov Heroes WWII Memorial. • Walk through Panfilov & Arbat Streets, visit Astana Square. • Evening: Cable car to Kok Tobe for sunset views, rides, shops, and restaurants. • Return to hotel, overnight in Almaty.
Day 3 – Shymbulak Ski Resort & Cable Car Ride
• Transfer to Shymbulak Mountains (30 km, ~1 hour). • Cable car ride in 3 parts to the top of the resort. • Enjoy mountain views (green in summer, snow-covered in winter). • Return to hotel, overnight in Almaty.
Day 4 – Transfer to Kolsay Lake | Explore Charyn Canyon En-route
• Road trip to Kolsay Lake, stopping at Charyn Canyon for a hike among natural rock formations. • Continue to Kolsay Lake and enjoy the scenic surroundings. • Transfer to hotel in Saty Village, overnight stay.
Day 5 – Transfer to Almaty | Visit Kaindy Lake
• Local van ride (~8 km) to Kaindy Lake, famous for its blue waters in summer and frozen surface in winter. • Return to Almaty and check-in to hotel. • Overnight stay in Almaty.
Day 6 – Departure Day | DIY Sightseeing or Shopping | Airport Drop
