Please read these terms carefully before using Rahi Gateways services.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the traveler (“Client”, “You”) and RahiGateways Travel Services Private Limited (“Rahi Gateways”, “We”, “Us”).
By accessing our platform, submitting an inquiry, or confirming a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Force Majeure
Rahi Gateways shall not be responsible or liable for any inability to perform its obligations, or for any alteration, postponement, or disruption of travel services, where such circumstances arise due to events beyond its reasonable control.
Such events may include, but are not limited to:
- Acts of nature such as earthquakes, floods, storms, landslides, or other natural calamities
- Outbreaks of disease, epidemics, or global pandemics
- Labor disputes, strikes, acts of war, riots, or civil disturbances
- Governmental actions including travel bans, regulatory changes, border closures, or emergency orders
- Operational or technical issues affecting airlines, transportation systems, or essential travel infrastructure
- Political instability or emergency situations that compromise traveler safety or itinerary execution
1.1 Consequences of Force Majeure Events
In the occurrence of any Force Majeure condition:
- Rahi Gateways may, at its discretion, revise, postpone, substitute, or cancel any portion of the travel program where necessary.
- Any refunds, credit notes, or alternative travel solutions shall be processed strictly in accordance with the applicable Cancellation Policy and Credit Note provisions (as detailed under Clause 12).
- The feasibility of refunds or alternative arrangements shall depend on supplier terms, vendor recoverability, and operational practicality.
Clients expressly acknowledge that Force Majeure events do not give rise to any additional claims for damages, compensation, or reimbursement against Rahi Gateways for delays, losses, or inconveniences suffered as a result of such events.
2. Legal Relationship & User Terms
This section explains the legal understanding between the traveler (“Client”) and Rahi Gateways, detailing the rights, duties, limitations, and dispute resolution framework governing the use of our services.
2.1 Traveller Conduct & Responsibility
2.1.1 Behaviour Standards
Clients are required to act responsibly and respectfully at all times during the tour. This includes:
- Demonstrating polite and cooperative behavior toward co-travelers, tour coordinators, local communities, and service personnel.
- Observing and honoring the cultural practices, local customs, and legal regulations of the destination.
- Following safety protocols, tour instructions, and directives provided by Rahi Gateways staff or local authorities.
Any conduct deemed inappropriate, disruptive, illegal, or harmful may lead to immediate removal from the tour, without eligibility for refunds, compensation, or travel credits.
2.1.2 Accountability for Loss or Damage
Any damage, loss, or disturbance caused to accommodations, transportation, public facilities, or private property due to the client’s actions or negligence shall be the sole responsibility of the client.
Rahi Gateways reserves the right to recover associated costs directly or adjust them against future credits, deposits, or unpaid balances.
2.2 Limitation of Company Liability
Rahi Gateways functions exclusively as a travel facilitator and coordinator, arranging services through independent third-party providers including airlines, hotels, transport operators, guides, and activity vendors. These service providers operate independently and are not owned or controlled by Rahi Gateways.
Rahi Gateways shall not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from:
- Errors, negligence, or failures of third-party suppliers;
- Schedule changes, cancellations, delays, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control;
- Injury, illness, accidents, death, loss of luggage, theft, or property damage occurring during travel;
- Any financial or logistical loss caused by incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant travel documentation, visas, or health requirements.
Where liability is established, Rahi Gateways’ responsibility shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service arranged directly by us.
No claim shall be entertained for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Clients are advised to secure comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure.
2.3 Indemnity Obligation
By confirming a booking, the client agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold harmless Rahi Gateways, its officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
- Breach of these Terms or applicable laws by the client;
- False declarations, misconduct, negligence, or fraudulent acts;
- Unauthorized use or damage to third-party property or services;
- Any act or omission leading to harm, loss, or legal action involving third parties;
- Claims initiated due to the client’s non-compliance with travel regulations or tour rules.
This indemnity remains valid even after the tour concludes or the agreement ends.
2.4 Customer Grievance & Resolution Process
2.4.1 Initial Support
Clients may report concerns through official communication channels including email, WhatsApp (during travel), or phone support during business hours.
Our Customer Support Team aims to acknowledge complaints within 48 working hours and may contact the client for clarification or documentation.
2.4.2 Escalation Framework
- The designated Destination Manager, and
- The Vice President – Sales, who serves as the final authority on resolution matters.
Approved refunds, if any, are typically issued as credit notes and assessed individually in line with company and vendor policies.
2.4.3 Supporting Records
Clients are encouraged to maintain booking details, payment proofs, and relevant correspondence.
Concerns should preferably be raised within 15 days after tour completion to enable effective resolution.
3. Applicable Law & Dispute Settlement
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
3.1 Good-Faith Resolution
Any dispute or disagreement shall first be addressed through mutual discussion and sincere efforts toward settlement.
3.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution
- Referred to mediation upon mutual consent, or
- Submitted to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, with Gurugram, Haryana as the seat. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.
3.3 Legal Jurisdiction
All legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All creative, written, visual, and digital materials provided by Rahi Gateways—including itineraries, designs, branding elements, website content, images, videos, and marketing assets—are owned by Rahi Gateways or its licensors.
Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any material without written consent is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
References to third-party trademarks or brand names are solely for identification purposes and do not imply ownership or endorsement.
5. External Websites & Third-Party Content
Rahi Gateways’ platforms may include links to external websites. We do not monitor or control the content or reliability of such third-party platforms and accept no responsibility for any loss or inaccuracies arising from their use.
6. Updates to Terms
Rahi Gateways reserves the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective once published, and continued use of our services signifies acceptance of such changes.
7. Complete Agreement & Validity
7.1 Entire Understanding
These Terms represent the complete and final agreement between the client and Rahi Gateways and override any previous discussions or representations.
7.2 Severability Clause
If any portion of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain fully valid and enforceable.
